    Appetizer or salad? It’s hard to give feedback because this doesn’t really seem to fit an “appetizer” portion or plating.

  2. I like the plating. I wonder if a little drizzle of oil would be nice.

    Also what makes the avocado mousse? Gelatin? Just wondering:)

  3. The prep of the fruit is a bit off. It looks as though some plums are thin sliced and others are wedges. Looking for some consistency with knife work to make eating this enjoyable. Nice combo of herb, fruit and vegetables.The bowl choice makes the colors come alive. Good work!!

  4. The flavors sound good and the colors really pop but somehow it looks kind of messy. The beet cubes could be smaller and the plums could also be cubed, or sliced thinly and arranged more deliberately.
