So on my journey to try varieties of cheese, I decided to once again get a box of Castello’s Camembert. I admit that this is not the first time I bought this because the first time I did I stupidly put it in the freezer which ruined the flavour. So I gave it a second chance, thinking that it might be better if I stored it correctly and take it out of the fridge 1 hour before eating. But as soon as I bit into it, I tasted nothing! All I got was the slightly unpleasant tangy flavour. So now I’m wondering if it’s just me that can’t taste a damn thing or is it the cheese that has no flavour. I once saw a post about how Castello’s havarti tastes bad so maybe it might have something to do with the brand as well. Frankly, I leaned towards this being a mistake on my side but yeah, I bought two boxes and just didn’t want to feel like I just wasted money on it.
