
Hello friends! I thought I was buying Brie (the buttery neutral kind) the other day when it turned out that I got Brie Fermier!! A little taken aback first but it has grown on me now. Wonder if you guys have any suggestions for pairings to complement the deep oyster-mushroomy taste?? I have been eating it with honey and pistachios and itโs quite delicious ๐
