Filet mignon with veggies and pan sauce. No carbs, and low fat.

No butter used, I used avocado oil for searing the steak, and made a low cal pan sauce with onion, garlic, beef drippings and browned bits, reduced beef stock, Worcestershire, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Used a culinary torch to smoke rosemary on top of the steak after and covered with a bowl for added aromatics.

Had a lot of leftovers but weirdly my appetite has curbed while learning how to cook throughout my diet this year. Instead of mindlessly binging on whatever I can until I’m painfully full, I focus on appreciating flavors, textures and ingredients.
