  1. Cool sounding dish! The design is nice too, but would pop better on white. I would prefer not to see the sauce drops on top of the scallop but just a nice clean sear instead.

    I like the look of your plating but I agree with the previous poster about leaving the scallop clean. Flavour combinations look on point too except I’m curious about the addition of the pickled grapes. What was your thinking here?
