A beautiful , original interpretation of a traditional Indian dish. Great work and it’s gotta be delicious.

The beauty in simplicity… great choice on the black plate! I love the colors , chef! Well done.

Whipped paneer?! That’s crazy!!! How did you do that?
Plating looks great. Indian food on a black plate i wouldn’t have thought of because the color can look a bit too neon lights, but it looks super Natural with the more neutral whipped paneer. Killer job!

This looks really delicious. I’m terms of plating, it would have more contrast if the whip was spread farther down the plate. Or if the Paneer was set near the end of the smear instead of the middle. Still looks awesome though!

Have you plated it on the plate which comes with microwave?
