    Looks delicious!!

    Is the small black circle in the corner all of the bean purée? If so, that is sad, please add more.

    If not, perhaps a parallel one on the other side would be nice so the eater doesn’t feel the need to conserve.

  3. Your last 5 posts have been ‘blackened’ fish. I’d like to see something else.

    Going off the plating now, the actual plate used for this is very old fashioned and I’d ditch the micros, as they are they’re just tacky.
