For today’s plated dish, we have “Summer Garden Dreams.” A dish that embraces whole plant foods to create a classy entree. We have Zucchini blossom stuffed with saffron, date, and almond rice, roasted harissa carrot, zucchini ribbons, sumac vinaigrette, and fresh grapefruit segments. Please enjoy.

looks really beautiful but I’m not sure if I’d want to eat raw zucchini blossoms.
also I just finished filling 600 of these bitches today and I don’t want to touch another one for at least a month.
Are you serving the zucchini blossom just raw?
Are you supposed to eat the raw zucchini blossom or is it meant as a garnish? This is a confusing plate.
looks great. i like the zucchini blossom raw. i imagine a nice bite with the rice.
Lmao. What on earth is with your explanation of the dish?
Is the squash blossom cooked?
Beautiful garnish but where’s the food?
you just put a raw ass squash blossom on a plate? bold…
It’s staggeringly attractive, but I’m unconvinced it would taste good, the raw zucchini blossom in particular.
Why didn’t you cook the squash blossom?
Just raw dogging zucchini blossoms?
⚠️ EVERYONE PLEASE READ:
Yes, the zucchini blossom is raw. However, I urge and direct everyone to please read the text under the photo! There IS filling inside the zucchini blossom. It’s not just the flower. Though I understand everyone’s preferences towards it being cooked, I say, please keep an open mind! The flavors are quite tasty and pair well with each other 😊
As someone who’s never had zucchini blossoms and seeing all these comments about how this 1 is raw, what is wrong with raw zucchini blossoms?
Is that a raw squash blossom LOL?
I’m stunned by this. I’d make a cheesy meat + potato filling stuff it in the flower, bread it, then fry. Make a Vietnamese vinegar dip to go with it. I’d eat this because I love trying stuff, but this doesn’t even look like an appetizer to me.
That’s either a minuscule grapefruit, or you need to up your supreme game
Raw zuchini blossom doesnt look the best. Otherwise a beautiful dish but I think the looks came before the flavors.
You need to stuff that blossom(goat cheese and herbs) and tempura batter fry it.
I think the good quality photo camera and editing does 90% of the work here. The ribbons are placed very randomly, the blossom is half of the plate and the grapefruit is weirdly placed. Does not really scream “culinary plating” to me even though the colours are nice
That looks very good for not a great deal of things to eat. Something ideal for a multi course menu.
