Big fan of beet salads. The orange supremes make it kinda drab for me. I’d rather see yellow beets incorporated for colour, and maybe mix orange zest into the crumb instead.
side note, the black cutlery is v edgy.

You could rename to “beet carpaccio” and slice beets very thin on mandolin.

im sorry but that is not a beet salad, you cut 5-6 slices of beet and expected anyone to enjoy it. its breadcrumbs and roasted beets, theres no sauce, nothing that makes it standout than other beet salads, its more like a beet toast
