Looks nice. I would keep the flowers on the toast, move the toast slightly off center and keep the plate clean. That way you have contrast between the toast and the plate and the food looks more ‘deliberate’

Nice it’s very busy and complex, but it still works.

Very beautiful.
The edible flowers seem unnecessary.
But again… lovely

1 small suggestion: if you place the wedges on their side, it will look more natural, as if they just fell there. 1 or two standing up is fine, but most should be laying on a face. The variation will give it more of a forest floor look. Also when eating, the wedges wonβt slide around as much, as they have more surface friction with the ricotta.
Right now, the dish looks in between, which is why it looks both neat and rustic at same time and flowers make it seem βmessyβ.
If like them all to stand up, then go for a specific arranged pattern, like in a cake.
