  1. The slight brown color on the snap peas leads me to think they may have been a tad overcooked. Were they blanched and shocked to help preserve their color?

    Otherwise everything looks beautiful and tasty. I especially love the use of the black plate to help up the contrast with the food.

    I think everything looks better with micro herbs/greens.. definitely don’t see them utilised enough in the UK (plus added lil flavour pops for the win!)
