
364 cals, I eat this every morning and itβs been super helpful for keeping me at my calorie goals. Super filling!
Would love to figure out how to alter it to add more protein while keeping the cals the same if anyone has ideas!
Ingredients.
Overnight oats-
.5 cup oats
1 cup water
1 tsp of each: hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seeds, maple syrup
Berry mix in:
.5 cups: strawberries, blueberries
.25 cups: blackberries, low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp low fat granola Publix brand
I add 1 more tsp of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon at the end π
