Half side of salmon (1/3rd portion for me 291cals, about 40 for the olive oil used, the veggies came to under 100 for me (just boiled and salted) wonderfully filling dinner for under 500, salt, lemon juice and pepper for seasoning, simple and the fish bakes so soft and moist that it’s not “boring” with the veggies at all, other half smothers his in butter but I didn’t do that 😂 around 35g protein 🥰
