

Yesterday: Total calories 1688, 60g protein. As of today I’m still under 515 calories for the week. I’ve been struggling with even meeting 70 g daily protein so I’m really going to try to recommit today. Not just the protein goals but my self-sabotaging behavior starting kicking in when I hit 137lbs last week (lowest I’ve been in 9 years). Emotionally eating and added sugar which hasn’t been an issue for me the last month. Time to take a deep breath and dig in again. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.
