



I see lots of posts about not getting enough protein in on a low calorie diet. Could definitely trim a couple edges here to get it into a 1200 calorie range, simply dropping milk fat % or no parm on the pasta salad. But here’s a full day of eating with more than enough macros to keep you satiated.
