
- -i know this is not going to be for everyone! but in case this does help anyone- using chicken broth instead of oil/butter to cook chicken breast in can save you up to 100 cals or more (seasoning is key)
- -but i heat my pan up really hot add a dash of PAM cooking spray, then add my chicken and let it get a good sear on one side, then toss it and add the (low sodium) chicken broth- comes out perfect every time!
