Looks delicious except for few burnt areas. I would take the time to pick those off; burnt nuts taste terrible and that small amount of burnt area can ruin the entire bite if not the dish IMHO.

Great concept. Burnt nuts already mentioned, but also, rule of even/odd plating components: when items are in parallel or even amounts, your brain recognizes and seeks out differentiation, in this case flaws.
Make it 3 items and you reduce that issue. It might seem dumb but itβs a primary driver in most plating. Avoid parallels, avoid even counts.
