  1. I like the ingredients, but just looking at it (and it may be the way you took the photo – lighting/distance/angle), it looks quite dry. Pretty, but dry.

  2. Pretty, but I feel like the ratio of shards to sherbet is off. Needs more creamy stuff happening.

    Wow. Love it so much. The color choice of plate is great. Minimalist styling.
    The shadow because of your lighting choices is slightly distracting.
    The color of the sherbet…maybe making it slightly more pronounced? Perhaps that’s due to the lighting as well.
    Overall so striking!

    Was the chocolate crémeux molded in a ring mold with everything layered on top bc that’s what it looks like to me. If so, I like the shards on the side with the crumb and quenelle on the other. It’s like a surprise underneath…Beautiful.
