Hello,
I've bought a blue cheese (Bleu d'Elizabeth) a week ago. The aspect was classic, kinda white with blue stains. I wanted to take a bite today after a week away, and this is what it looked like. The white part was a bit more orange and there are those moldy spots on the sides.
Should I eat it ? I tried a bite and it wasn't a funky taste, but still a bit.. biting ?
Thanks 🙂

I don’t know that specific cheese, but it looks scary to me. Hoping someone familiar with it can better advise.

  2. I would. Right before bed. But I really love the effed up dreams blue cheese will give you.

Well, after a week it has turned into an old man who’s nose didn’t stop growing. Eat him if you want. He doesn’t seem too bothered about it!

  4. I always live by the litmus test of if it either looks bad, smells bad, or tastes bad (after taking a very small bite) then it gets thrown away. And by “bad” I mean makes me feel nauseous.

  5. My personal rule for blue cheese is “if it’s not wet or slimy, go for it”

From the pic it’s starting to look slimy?
