  1. That’s a beautiful appetizer. Great plating, delicious ingredients. I’d be super happy to get that as a starter. Great job.

  2. I want more croutes dive you get a lot of terrine. I always hate when I order pate and they give me 2 little pieces of bread. I’m not a fan of that texture by itself.
