
Royo bagel, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella. The bagels are made down in NYC, and are high fiber, low cal, and big. It's 280 calories. Now….Is it as perfect as a regular big ol' reg NYC bagel?, Nope! But it's close enough to me. I am not a huge beef/poultry eater anymore. I do like my cheese. Just wanted to share.
