  3. Oh damn… I can see how young coconut can simulate fish like texture in a ceviche. As long as the coconut isn’t overpowering the whole dish (don’t take me wrong, I love coconut) this is something I would love to eat! The tart/acidic taste combined with freshness of the fruit. Now I want vegan ceviche 🙁
