Sooo.. First of all, weird. Second of all, how did you quick pickle the radishes? They look nice and I like rashises.

are those bites where the salt is not going to be extremely salty? i’m into the way it looks but is it practical

I’m not a chef and my only culinary background is working in pizza places when I was in my teens, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt. But I kinda would like to see the radishes placed over the line of sauce down the center. It would look more intentionally placed and be easier to eat, IMO.

I think this is gorgeous, much better looking than a great many posts on here.

Visually, it’s working for me (except for the one itty bitty piece of radish that landed on the egg lol). I love a colorful plate of food. I wasn’t sure about the taste but then I realized it’s almost like a deconstructed egg salad: pickled component, dill, mayo, egg, and spice(s). Thank you for sharing!

That’s pretty cool. My only critique is that you’re covering up the yolk. One thing I’ve learned about plating over the years is that you should show off your cooking techniques. Show how perfectly your eggs are cooked. Just like showing the sear on scallops, or the grill marks on a steak, etc. Don’t cover up your skills with sauce. However, it’s nice, and the flavor combo sounds great.

The radish off to the side looks kind of messy, maybe add it on top. Better yet, turn the whole thing into a spin on deviled eggs.

The nicest looking hard boiled egg I’ve ever seen so far for sure.
Cool idea! And I bet it also tastes good.

I like the dish. Interesting composition.
Not sure a single egg is worth the effort but if I were served this in a course setting, I’d appreciate it.

The composition and presentation is nice, I want relief from “soft”. I would like to see texture and contrast. Egg salad should have crunchy bits to break up the soft. Don’t cover up those sunny yolks. I want to see a bright and vibrant egg. I think it is pretty and would order so I can taste your perspective.

It is my first time being here and tbh, I don’t get how this could get so many upvotes. There is no rhythm, no structure. You can do it better. Try to place a few radishes first and then add more until you like the ratio. Don’t just throw them onto the plate. Also, the dill doesn’t seem to be distributed throughout the dish. Chop it fine, mix it with something or sprinkle it over everything and then add the most beautiful stem of dill as decoration.
I must say that the only thing I am impressed with is that the egg stayed intact. Everything else was just thrown onto it.
