It’s just to much over load with miso and leeks
Maybe try just putting like 6 in a role on a plate (line them up on an angle) or something

It’s way too much. It’s way too busy. How many leek medallions is a single person supposed to eat? This is a chaotic mess.

Will it taste delicious absolutely I have no doubts, but I agree it’s a lot for a plate maybe as a platter for a few guests but I like the lines up suggestions above almost like as if they were rolls of sushi

  4. I’ll go against the grain of limiting the amount of leek slices here and say; cleave a stem of leek lengthways and serve a appropriately sized log on an oblong plate like that and go a bit more sparingly with the toppings.

I love the subreddit just to see how people plate stuff. I have no right judging plates, that said – it sounds delicious and I’d love to try it!

I’d be most concerned about dirt in the circle of leek. Agreed it’s kind of a lot going on for high level plating. But, barring any dirt, the concept looks very appetizing!
