








Kind of a weird day. I’m still recovering from a cold so my appetite is low, but got the calories in. Weeee.
Haven’t had the jelly pack just yet.
Random addition of toast since I was low on carbs for the day.
Loving the matcha mixed with some white peach matcha and the peach collagen/protein powder.
Breakfast:
Chocolate protein shake with extra cocoa, PB2, strawberries, and chia seeds
Lunch/Dinner:
Another plate of veggies, fruits, Italian chicken sausage, Gouda cheese, cottage cheese and mustard
Evening Snack:
Iced matcha/white peach matcha latte made with almond milk and peach collagen/protein powder, and a slice of toast
Dessert:
Konjac jelly grape flavor pouch
