

I searched for a smooth chocolate protein shake that didn't have whey protein or whey protein isolate or carrageenan or gums or any kind of artificial sweeteners. I'm okay with stevia and monk fruit. I found this and it is pretty delicious. With one cup of almond milk and a half cup of water it's 150 calories and 20 g of protein. Actually a little more protein if you count the almond milk. It seems almost too good to be true like I'm worried maybe actually has more calories. But I just started drinking it.
