    Mousse is inside! It’s a layer of macerated strawberries, then mousse, then pickled rhubarb and the strawberry veil

  2. Not feeling the liver mousse with strawberries. Pickled rhubarb sounds like a good combination though

  3. I just wish they didn’t have to force feed animals until their eyes pop out via garroting to make your precious liver
