Sartori Asiago “expired” Jan ‘23. This is still good, right??

Visited my elderly parents’ house and pulled this deep cut from the cheese drawer of the fridge.. Should be good, right? If anything, even better?
It’s totally shrink sealed.
Want to eat. Please advise.
