It’s so impressive to me when chefs can essentially make terrain for war board games but edible. I wanna play warhammer 40k on this setup

Is this like a Vacherin and salsify fritter or panisse style dish with truffle on top? It looks and sounds really cool and one of the most original things I’ve seen in a while. Haven’t seen much use of salsify lately.
