

Homemade ahi poké bowl. I load up on frozen ahi when it’s on sale. I feel like I could eat this every week and never get tired of it. It’s full of so many delicious flavors and keeps me full for a long time.

Looks great!!! Some of my go-to meals when I need it to be about about 500 calories:
– Turkey mince chilli with a jacket potato
– Paprika Chicken Stew with couscous
– Kimchi Jjigae with rice
– Beef pho/noodle soup
As you can tell I like soupy, stewy meals. I find them soo filling for less calories
