    this looks spectacular! how do you like the frozen ahi? I love raw fish and am particular about it but would love to try it.

  2. Hi. Sorry to bother you, my white rice here says 243 cal for 150g. How do you manage to keep yours so low?

    Looks great!!! Some of my go-to meals when I need it to be about about 500 calories:

    – Turkey mince chilli with a jacket potato
    – Paprika Chicken Stew with couscous
    – Kimchi Jjigae with rice
    – Beef pho/noodle soup

    As you can tell I like soupy, stewy meals. I find them soo filling for less calories
