Is there a way to work out what 100g of the uncooked noodles would be? I am genuinely so sorry if this is actually super easy to work out I just can’t wrap my head around it
Unless you’re cooking them in something other than water it’s the same calories. The noodles just weigh more because it absorbs liquid.

Pack weight 345g. Pack gives 5 servings. 345/5=69. Calories for 1 serving is therefore the same as the calories for 69g dry uncooked product. Use that to find calories per 100g.
Basically, 100g uncooked noodles is 1391 KJ. Hope that helps

4800 for all 5 servings of noodles, i would consider the seasoning 0 cal. Weigh out all the dry noodles on a food scale for x then do (4800/x)*100 to find the cal of 100g dry noodles. If 345g is the weight of the dry noodles then you’re looking at like 1391 cals for 100g dry noodles.
