  1. I’m not a fan of the single piece of mint. Maybe if it were a chiffonade or even minced finely so the diner doesn’t get a full piece of mint in one bite. Other than that, I like this plate a lot.

    Is this a no-bake cheesecake? The texture is unusual (for me) and I rarely see a cheesecake with so little height. But I’m in the US and I know we have different kinds/styles of cheesecake across the globe.

    Wow that looks amazing! Love the touch of the sprig of mint on top it adds a classy look!
