Beautiful plating, love the colors. Ingredients sound delicious as well.
Beautiful plating & ingredients. The eggs are absolutely stunning. Only part I would critique would be the āalmondsā I do believe you could find an alternative for texture I.e crispy shallots or even just a few fried potato crips peelings. Keep up the great work!
