These dumplings are less than 300 calories for 8 of them and they are a pretty decent size. I throw them in the air fryer at 350 for 10 minutes and sprinkle a little soya sauce on them. They taste just as good as take out! Pair 4 with some rice and fried veggies and you have a delicious, filling, low cal meal. As someone who is currently working 6 days a week and have little to no free time most days, this meal is a blessing and cures my takeout cravings.
