


I don’t make the best choices 😫 but I’m down 19lbs since 3/21 and I don’t have an urge to give up💪🏼. I’m intermittent fasting so my “lunch” is usually very light bc I’m eating dinner not too long after. I don’t track all of my nutrients but I would like to…what should I be aiming for carb and fat wise with the goal of weight loss?
