Taste is alright, I made sure to use low sodium tuna in water & nonfat greek yogurt, I still added 1 tbsp of hellmans light mayo for flavor. Could do without the mayo for even less calories, or use greek yogurt with fat and it would prob taste better (and still less calories than an extra tbsp of light mayo.) I had to add a fair amount of salt for it to taste good so the actual sodium content is higher. I would use a tad less yogurt than 1/4 cup cus mine was a bit watery. Would probably taste better with a tablespoon of relish for acidity+sweetness and some dill, but I didn’t have any on hand. The macros are great though, and it’s a different way to incorporate greek yogurt which I’ve gotten a bit sick of.
