  1. Very pretty. I’d say just wipe down the edges of the plate, leaving the splatter effect to reach out from the center.

    My only issue is calling it panna cotta. People would expect something you can dip a spoon into. For most people this would just be a sauce on a plate.

    Personally I think a plate without rim (preferably a dark color to let the vibrancy bounce) would work better
