You know, generally, I like it. You could do something a little snazzier with the tomato water, but honestly, you did some solid work with those tomatoes, this is slick.
Fancy, too, but after you serve me this I’m gonna want some bread for that juice 😉

It’s beautiful. To much so. If I were served this, I’d like it a little more deconstructed to eat it. Otherwise I’d just like to look at it. 🤣 I do like balsamic vinegar. Small islands of it in the tomato juice would look very inviting to me. That’s just my opinion and we know what they say about opinions. 🤣
