  2. Well done! If you don’t have a circular mold at home, you can save old short cans that have safe edges. It’ll help clean up your rice plating.

  3. I thought for sure the restaurant and at home versions would be the opposite. Yours looks far more attractive. The restaurant one looks like a plate of coom.
