I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by Springdale Farm Creamery. You may have heard of Queso Fresco, well, meet Queso Fresco’s buttery little cousin: Tencho. This mild but cheeky little cheese is creamy, melts like a dream and is great for snacking, shredding and makes the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.
Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

If you made crackers with this, you could call them “Cheez-untz-untz-untz”

I’m sure you’ve been alerted previously, but there’s a creamery in Osceola, MO, on MO13, between KCMO and SGF. It’s an Amish community, so that’s the main roadside attraction. They’ve got ~250+ varieties on tap at any given time. It’s a beautiful thing. 🥹
