1 pulled chicken thigh, 4 tablespoons of my homemade red pepper sauce, 3 mission zero net carb tortillas, lemon and arugula! (I say 350ish because it was a really big chicken thigh and mfp has the calories wrong in the database for the mission zero net carb tortillas) the red pepper sauce is just 2 roasted red peppers, I small roasted onion, 3 roasted cloves of garlic, cumin and chilli powder, salt and pepper, thrown in the blender with a little bit of water!
