Today I didn’t weigh my food. I also didn’t track any of my quantities while cooking over the weekend 🥲 These are some old Brussels roasted with a bunch of oil and some garlic + seasoning. Served with about 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt for dipping and a handful of radish micro greens on the side (because I didn’t have a protein available) I scanned it in my fitness pal and they estimate 288 cals 🤷‍♀️ think of that what you will 🙂 electrolyte water to drink
