Might just be my overwhelming love of calimari in any form, but I have zero complaints about this. Love the colors, love the shapes, love the plate. I would be very happy to have this served to me.

How did you press the calamari??? Did you use netting?

I love it! I think the plate could use a sauce, maybe a wasabi based sauce? The green would really pop off the pink.

would have been better if some kind of sauce was drizzled over. Also don’t make everything symmetrical. Otherwise pretty.
