Roasted Hazelnut Parfait with Miso Mascobado Brittle and ground Hazelnuts Mixed with Ceylon Cinnamon.Sorry for the Spoon.
Tried a warm Spoon made the Brittle smaller but still Looks like someone threw up some cookie dough on a Plate. How can I present this better ?
