I find these incredibly convenient when I don’t have time to cook. You can eat the whole bag and keep within calories for the day. Just add some protein and you have a 5minute meal!!

Mainly concerned about cooking in the plastic bag. I know everyone gets down voted for mentioning it. The ingredients are fine and a great way to get your veggies, but dump them in a bowl and cover with a plate. Microwave it that way instead of in the bag. Lots of evidence these days that heating anything in plastic is bad for you.
