  1. Any veggies are good veggies! I’m also getting more into the steam in bag veggies. Though I haven’t tried this cheese one, I definitely will grab some this week!

  2. I find these incredibly convenient when I don’t have time to cook. You can eat the whole bag and keep within calories for the day. Just add some protein and you have a 5minute meal!!

Yes!!! Steaming in the microwave is arguably the best method for retaining the nutrients in them too!

Yes!!! But please don’t microwave it. Steam in a steamer basket or sautee in avocado oil.

  5. I like this kind! Sometimes I have some for a snack. It’s an easy side for dinner, and my family and guests always like it. It’s a winner IMO!

The option that gets you eating veggies is the good option! These look nutritious and easy. Great choice!

I love pairing these with a Gortons fish filet in the air fryer, comfort food that’s filling, fast and kinda good for me!

  8. Get something that doesn’t have any sauce and just add salt or your own sprinkled on seasoning.

  9. Mainly concerned about cooking in the plastic bag. I know everyone gets down voted for mentioning it. The ingredients are fine and a great way to get your veggies, but dump them in a bowl and cover with a plate. Microwave it that way instead of in the bag. Lots of evidence these days that heating anything in plastic is bad for you.

  10. Yes, I’m obsessed with all of them except the rosemary one with green beans and potatoes just because I’m not a fan of rosemary haha
