The bag of skin is cut open and the vendor asks you how much you want and fills it in a plastic container.
Intense taste and crumbly/creamy texture. A bit like smoke. You dont taste the animal skin. You can buy it in stores, markets, in BiH, Croatia, Serbia. Similar to Tulum peyniri in turkey I think.
