I didn’t follow a recipe for this easy and quick meal, but here’s what I did:
– Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
– Take a whole head of cauliflower and slice it from the top down to the root, about 0.5-0.75 inches thick.
– Place cauliflower in the baking pan.
– Drizzle with a little olive oil.
– Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper.
– Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
– Remove from oven and drizzle with a little sweet chili sauce (optional).

What’s the protein profile?? I know cauliflower is pretty high protein close to broccoli level

I did this and they ended up just sitting in puddles of their own juice. Came out limp and tough :/
