    That’s looks pretty darn good. What’s the sauce? Looks like it’d be easy to eat with your fingers or chopsticks.

    I like your contrast in color, and the varying sizes of your cuts for the different preparations help to create visual interest. Lovely dish, the port sauce sounds like a nice pairing as well.
