I ate this cheese in 2021 in the French region Rhône-Alpes between Lyon and Geneva but I forgot the name. The outside was like Brie hard white but the inside was supersoft creamy, buttery and milky. Maybe a kind of cremeux? It was one of the best cheese I ate in my life and I would love to eat it again.
